“Understanding the ABCs of CARP”

Anthony Quinn

Manager of CARP Community Development

Anthony Quinn is the Manager, Community Development at CARP. Mr. Quinn supports the continuing development of the community-based CARP Chapter network across Canada. He oversees electronic comvlmunications and social media for the over 320,000 CARP members. He is also the senior content editor for the www.carp.ca website, and is a contributor to Zoomer Magazine.

Prior to his arrival at CARP, Mr. Quinn served as Special Projects Manager, and Associate Producer at Moses Znaimer’s boutique Television company, MZTV Production & Distribution. Prior to that, he was Executive Assistant to the President at Citytv-Chum Television. Anthony holds a bachelor of arts (philosophy) from the University of Toronto and a post-graduate new-media journalism diploma from Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario.

Anthony’s presentation topics include: The ABC’s of CARP and The Role of Chapters in Your Community; Fraud Awareness and Prevention for Aging Canadians; and Introduction to the Internet & Social Media for Zoomers.
