Your Role

As a Senior Media Sales Advisor/Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our Sales and Accounts team. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this position offers a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to make a mark in the industry.

Applicants must live Collingwoor or within a reasonable commute to Collingwood.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a mature account list while continuously prospecting new business
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our radio, digital and print offerings, including audience demographics, programming, and advertising opportunities
  • Consult with clients to understand their advertising needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives
  • Prepare sales proposals and presentations that effectively showcase the value of advertising with Zoomer Media
  • Negotiate advertising contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and the company
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales, including new business development - preferably in the media or advertising industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas persuasively and build rapport with clients
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Must Have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
